How construction technologies, materials and labour made macanese architecture?
Students enrolled in the undergraduate module How Built Technologies and Materials Made Architecture? (LAR247 – Premodern Architectural History and Theory), taught by Professor Ana Vaz Milheiro at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), were challenged to research the historical context, construction materials and systems, as well as the workers and skills involved in buildings in Macau.
